United Way of Central Ohio’s Pride Leadership is an eight-month training program designed to give Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgendered (LGBT) professionals the skills they need to serve on volunteer boards and committees. The program increases the number of LGBT professionals who are qualiï¬ed and well prepared to make decisions in our community. Pride Leadership is currently recruiting for its 3rd class of participants in 2010.
