Meditation Class
In-person only and held at Stonewall Columbus, 1160 N High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43201
Low Intensity. Using a variety of meditation styles, focus inward with a trauma informed approach. Actual meditation time is 15-25 minutes, with community time offered after the practice. This meditation class is offered in partnership with The Phoenix and Stonewall Columbus. Whether you’re currently in sobriety, struggling with substance use disorder or other addictions, or a support person for someone in recovery, all are welcome to attend as long as you have 48 hours of continuous sobriety prior to class. Pre-registration is required to reserve your spot.

This judgment-free space and time is designated to explore and support all writing styles and experience levels. This meeting is intended for LGBTQIA+ people on their sober journey – we ask all participants to be sober for at least 48 hours before attending.
