Photography
You are welcome to take pictures during the weekend, but we ask you be respectful of those who might be in the background of your photos. Not every person you meet will be out or will be wanting their photo on the internet. So, please be courteous and respectful! If in doubt, just ask the person! Thanks!
Volunteers
If you are still interested in volunteering to help us during the conference, we definitely won’t say no! If you’d like to volunteer for a short shift, please let us know at the Meet & Greet tomorrow evening or when you Check-In on Saturday morning.
Suggestions
Make Contact Cards: There are over 100 people registered for the symposium from all over Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan. We suggested making contact cards for yourself ahead of time – this includes your name, phone number and email address. It’s always easier to give somebody a card with your contact information then searching for a pen!
