Stonewall/CATF will benefit from Wine Dinner at Elemental

Columbus, OH — Elemental & Merryvale Vineyards (Napa) will host a benefit wine dinner for Stonewall Columbus Pride and CATF on Monday March 29, 2004.

The wine dinner will feature

  • Four-course wine dinner with Merryvale Vineyards President & CEO Peter K. Huwiler
  • Benefit for Stonewall Columbus Pride www.stonewall-columbus.org and the Columbus AIDS Task Force www.catf.net
  • $75 per person, all inclusive
  • Elemental Restaurant, 51 Parsons Ave, Columbus, 614.228.5700
  • Monday, March 29th, reception at 7pm
  • Menu available upon request, but to whet your appetite, note that it features Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb served with Merryvale’s legendary 2000 Profile red Bordeaux-blend. (This wine alone retails for $80!)

Reservations for the dinner may be made by calling Elemental directly and you may also purchase tickets at Stonewall Columbus, 614.299.7764.

Merryvale’s national AIDS fund drive

  • Through June 30th, Merryvale is donating $5.00 for every bottle of Profile red blend and Silhouette Chardonnay sold in participating markets (about 20 top markets across the nation including LA, SF, NY, NO, Miami, etc) to Project Inform – a national AIDS non-profit.
  • Columbus is a participating market. Retail partners include Europia & Haus Frau Haven
  • 2000 Profile was awarded 92 Points and 2000 Silhouette Chardonnay was given a 90 Point rating – both by the prestigious Connoisseurs’ Guide to California Wine
  • Merryvale Vineyards is a family-owned winery in the heart of the Napa Valley, California www.merryvale.com
  • Project Inform is the nation’s leading resource for HIV / AIDS information & advocacy www.projectinform.org
