Stonewall Columbus Announces 2026 Pride Theme: Until We’re All Free
Columbus, OH — Stonewall Columbus has announced its official theme for Stonewall Columbus Pride 2026: Until We’re All Free.
The theme was first shared on Friday with a limited group of corporate partners, donors, and community collaborators, before being released publicly on Saturday via social media accounts and email. Rooted in the belief that liberation is collective and unfinished, Until We’re All Free reflects both the urgency of the current moment and the enduring values that have guided Stonewall Columbus for more than four decades.
“Pride has always been about more than celebration—it’s about justice, dignity, and the freedom to live fully and authentically,” said Densil Porteous (he/they), Executive Director of Stonewall Columbus. “Until We’re All Free reminds us that our work is interconnected. None of us can truly thrive while others remain marginalized, silenced, or unsafe.”
As LGBTQ+ communities across the country face renewed challenges to visibility, safety, and civil rights, the 2026 Pride theme calls attention to the shared responsibility to stand together across identities, generations, and movements. It underscores Stonewall Columbus’ commitment to advancing inclusion not just during Pride Month, but throughout the year through its Pride 365 framework of engagement, advocacy, education, and community care.

Stonewall Columbus Pride is one of the largest Pride celebrations in the Midwest, drawing hundreds of thousands of attendees annually and serving as a powerful platform for visibility, connection, and joy. The 2026 theme will be woven throughout Pride programming, creative elements, community partnerships, and messaging leading up to—and beyond—Pride Month.
“Until We’re All Free is both a declaration and an invitation,” Porteous added. “It asks us to imagine a future rooted in solidarity and to take responsibility for building it—together.”
More information about Stonewall Columbus Pride 2026, including key dates, programming, and partnership opportunities, will be shared in the coming months at www.stonewallcolumbus.org/pride.
