Performers of all genres are encouraged to participate. We aim to feature entertainment that reflects the depth, diversity, and culture of our community—bands, solo musicians, dance troupes, chorus, DJs, performance artists, youth talent, and more.
Pride Entertainment Applications
Apply to perform
We strongly favor local entertainers, but we’re open to featuring others whose style and content are especially well-suited to our events. All performances must be family-friendly.
As we plan events, please note that some entertainers will be asked to appear live while others may be asked to submit a video of their performance.
Tip: If you’re applying on behalf of a group/ensemble, include a primary contact and a clear stage plot/needs summary.
What we’re looking for
- A variety of styles and performance types that reflect multiple cultures and identities.
- Acts that can work well in a large outdoor festival environment.
- Clear, accurate details in your application so we can confirm fit and logistics.

Policies
Compensation policy
Not all performances are paid. The majority of entertainers volunteer their time and talents to celebrate with the community and inspire the positive change PRIDE represents.
Entertainers will not be compensated unless terms have been agreed upon in a signed contract with Stonewall Columbus.
Credits and promotions
Your electronic images, likenesses, and bios may be used in official PRIDE communications, online promotions,
print, and press materials.
Acknowledgements
- I understand this application does not constitute an agreement of services; it is an application for consideration to participate as an entertainer during Stonewall Columbus PRIDE events during the month of June 2025.
- I agree to appear at the time/place designated by Stonewall Columbus and event production partners.
- By submitting this application, I confirm the information provided is correct and authorize Stonewall Columbus (or an authorized representative) to contact references to validate the contents of this application.
- If selected, I understand I may not be entitled to compensation and may be performing as a donation of time and talent.
