Personal Wellness / Health
Support for mental, physical, and emotional well-being—through counseling, recovery and support groups, and health resources.
Counseling Services
In-house LGBTQ counseling (including individual, couples, family, youth, and group offerings) supported by North Central Mental Health Services.
Support Groups
Peer and facilitated groups designed to reduce isolation and support mental and emotional health.
