Get ready to witness charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent on the move like never before at the Inaugural 2025 Stonewall Columbus Drag Race!

Part performance, part fun run, and all fabulous—this new and one-of-a-kind Columbus event brings heels to High Street as participants strut, sprint, and slay their way through the Short North from Stonewall Columbus to Goodale and High and back again in their fiercest fits. Our Drag Race fun run celebrates bold self-expression, joyful movement, and LGBTQ+ pride in motion.

Whether you run, walk, roll, dance, or cheer from the sidelines—this is your moment to shine, support, and show up for community in full color and full glam.

Lace up those platforms, put on those heels, grease up those wheels. It’s time to werk.

This year you have the option for an in-person Drag Race or a virtual 5K to complete during the month of June!

In-Person Stonewall Columbus Drag Race!

June 29 at Stonewall Columbus.

Fun Run Route – This is a one-mile route. Feel free to run, walk and strut your stuff on the sidewalks of the Short North! We will start on 4th Street @ High and head south. We will cross at Goodale and return to 4th Street/the Stonewall Columbus Community Center where we’ll celebrate in style with a block party! You are encouraged to stop along the way at our friendly neighborhood establishments, or even pop over to Comfest on your way back! This is a fun run, right?!
Note about the route: all roads (except for our block party are OPEN! You must follow pedestrian safety laws!!
Check-in – 10-10:45 AM
Fun Run step-off – 11 AM
Block Party Ends – 1:30PM

Each participant will receive a Drag Race Shirt;
Stonewall Columbus Drag Race bib;
And, Stonewall Columbus Drag Race finisher medal!

Virtual Drag Race

For the virtual 5K option, you log your 5K at a time and place of your choosing!

Recruit your friends to do it with you, or push your limits on your own.
Complete your 5K anytime during the month of June and record your results!
Participants may have their packets mailed directly to their home.

Registration Fees:

May 1 – May 31: $35
June 1 – June 30: $40
Additional Shirt add-on: $20

Packet Pickup:

Participants may pick up packets at Fleet Feet Upper Arlington (located at 1344 W Lane Ave) during the month of June during normal business hours (M-F 11a-7p, Sat 10a-6p, Sun 12p-5p).
