Summary Description: The United Way of Central Ohio is seeking an Outreach Team Manager – Columbus Kids. This position is responsible for locating and recruiting children who are not already enrolled in an early learning program or in a home provider setting. The project is designed to ensure that all 3 and 4 year old children who will enter kindergarten in the Columbus City School district are identified, assessed, referred for intervention services and tracked over time. A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development or related field with 1 year’s experience in social service preferred or AA degree with three years of experience in social services.
