Please complete the form below to share more about yourself and which activities you’re interested in joining.  The information you provide will only be shared with the program facilitator and staff at Stonewall – your contact information will only be used for the express purpose of this program, unless you opt in to receiving our monthly newsletter.

Here is some info about this year’s activities that may help you decide which are best for you:

• All activities meet at 10am on Saturdays
• The specific meet-up locations will be emailed to you on the Friday before each outing
• We will share details about each location, to the best of our knowledge, including ADA accessibility, difficulty level, and if pets are welcome (service animals are always welcome)
• The facilitator will have a liability waiver for you to sign before the start of each outing

Adventure Pride for May is moved to Saturday May 16th because May 9th is Mother’s Day

My name is Margaret (Maggie) McWhorter (she/her) and I am the Adventure Pride facilitator for Stonewall Columbus!

I am an adventure seeker at heart. My younger years were spent in sports and outdoor activities, hiking, biking, and camping with my dad and siblings. I spent 10 years in the Army seeing the world and chasing my next big adventure. After my Army career I returned home to California to raise my son near family. My siblings and I committed to bringing the great outdoors to our kids and spent 1 week every summer camping and hiking around California and the National Parks.

I recently relocated from Southern California to Marysville in May of 2025, chasing my career and new beginnings closer to my sister and her family. Stonewall Columbus Adventure Pride was the first group I found when I arrived in the area. It’s with great pride that I can share my love of adventure and nature with my community.
