Terrence T. Wheeler is a lawyer with the law firm of Artz, Dewhirst and Wheeler, LLP in Columbus, Ohio. Terry serves as an advocate primarily in the areas are employment law, civil litigation, and criminal law; and serves as a private mediator and arbitrator for a variety of matters. Terry earned a B.A. (journalism) and J.D. (law degree) from The Ohio State University. Terry is also a co-director of the Center for Dispute Resolution and the Academic Director for the Mediation & Dispute Resolution Certificate Program, which are both located at Capital University Law School, where he is also an adjunct professor teaching negotiation and mediation courses. Terry has been active in the dispute resolution at the local, state, national and international levels working with schools, universities, communities, courts, government agencies, and private and non-profit organizations. Terry is a Former President of the Board of Directors for the Association for Conflict Resolution, former co-chair of the ACR Standards Committee and former member of the ACR Grievance Committee.
