Stef Goldberg brings 25+ years of management and consulting experience as Chief Operating Officer of the LGBTQ Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program (LEAP), and as the Founder/Senior Partner at GSD Execution Partners. Her long career has been centered around improving core business functions with a focus on process, people, performance, and transitioning strategy to execution. In addition to her work with LEAP, Stef has owned her own company, GSD Execution Partners, and has worked in the financial services and nonprofit sectors, holding senior management and internal consulting roles in disciplines including operations, sales, human resources, and change management.
Since high school, Stef has consistently volunteered at various nonprofits, often championing projects to improve operational efficiencies. Most recently, Stef served on the state-wide executive board of Equality Ohio, lead the Ohio Business Competes campaign for a collaboration between the HRC/EO/ACLU, and at present is on the board of Stonewall Columbus.
Stef lives in Columbus’s Berwick neighborhood with her son, Dylan, and her dog Edie, a ridiculously enormous Sheepadoodle, named for Edie Windsor. She enjoys cooking, scuba diving, fly fishing, traveling, and is a sucker for donuts.
