Rachel Orosz

Rachel is an Associate Director of Learning & Development for Verizon. She received her B.S from Bowling Green State University and her MBA from Strayer University. During her eleven years with Verizon, Rachel has held several different positions with the company on the local, regional and national levels. Her concentration has been in employee development and customer service operations. After college, Rachel served as a police officer in the Air Force for five years. Rachel remains steadfast in her belief that her decision to serve in the military was the best decision she has ever made. Well…it was a close second to her decision to marry her partner Laura. Rachel and Laura have been together for 4 years and will be married in July. Rachel is new to the Stonewall board, but she is not new to volunteering for the center. She has been a Pride volunteer for seven years. Recently she has been involved in fund raising for Stonewall’s Global Initiative Fund. Rachel is super happy to be a part of the board!
