Marshall Troxell serves as the Assistant Director of Community Affairs in the Office of the Mayor for the City of Columbus, where he works to strengthen relationships between city leadership and community stakeholders across Central Ohio.
Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office, Marshall worked at Equality Ohio, the statewide LGBTQ+ advocacy organization, where he supported policy and advocacy efforts advancing equality across the state. He later served at the Franklin County Auditor’s Office, further deepening his experience in public service and local government operations.
Marshall earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and brings a strong commitment to civic engagement, public accountability, and LGBTQ+ visibility to his role on the Stonewall Columbus Board of Trustees.
