Donna McKee is a highly accomplished Regional Business Director with more than twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Since January 2025, she has led regional business operations for Gilead Sciences, overseeing strategic initiatives and guiding teams across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky.
Donna is recognized for her strengths in leadership development, sales training, and strategic management, consistently building high-performing teams that exceed business objectives while fostering growth and accountability. Her leadership approach is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and long-term impact.
Prior to joining Gilead Sciences, Donna built an exemplary career at Eli Lilly and Company, where she held several leadership roles, including Senior Business Director. During her tenure, she emphasized a team-centered vision that prioritized patient care and cultivated inclusive workplace cultures. Her leadership across diabetes and dermatology portfolios contributed to top performance outcomes and advanced important diversity initiatives.
