Jump Start, in partnership with Stonewall Columbus, offers LBT women the opportunity to gather and learn as a community and to focus on total health by attending informative health sessions and participating in a variety of activities including, yoga, interactive workshops, hiking and belly dancing, just to name a few. Memberships are available at each session, or to pre-register, interested women can contact Stonewall at 614-930-2261 for more information.

<>Fitness at the Ohio State University Rec Sports Center sponsored by the Ohio State University GLBT Alumni Association. Jump Start participants will have the opportunity to tour this state of the art facility and try out the facility and equipment for only $10. Also, the OSU GLBT Alumni Association is sponsoring Stonewall Jump Start participants at the Tom W. Davis Climbing Center which features two state-of-the-art climbing walls, providing challenges and fun for beginning and experienced climbers alike. DE-stress with YOGA Basics, sponsored by Alphastate. Current Jump Start Members and new participants must register for this and can contact Kellye at 614-930-2261 to sign up. Participants should bring yoga mat or towel and wear loose clothing. Alphastate is a wellness studio located at 433 W. Third Avenue in Harrison West on the corner of 3rd and Michigan Avenues.
