As a dedicated single mother of four, she has channeled her passion for community service and financial empowerment into her role as the owner of Phoenixx Sky Financial. With two decades of experience as a finance director in corporate America, she discovered her true calling in helping small businesses achieve their financial goals and thrive through volunteerism. Her journey is fueled by a commitment to servant leadership, focusing on uplifting vulnerable individuals within the community and initiating positive change in their lives.
In addition to managing her business, she serves as the Secretary and Area Commissioner with the Greater South East Area Commission, where she works towards the betterment of the community. Her involvement extends to being a member and assistant treasurer of the Blacks in Government Columbus chapter, collaborating with others who share her vision for equity and opportunity, and advocating for meaningful policy change.
One of her greatest sources of fulfillment comes from engaging with youth and the LGBTQQIP2SAA through community service initiatives. She is passionate about nurturing their sense of responsibility and inspiring the next generation of leaders to contribute to a brighter future. Her journey is driven by a heartfelt commitment to making a difference and empowering those around her.
