Virtual Record Sealing Clinic

We at Equality Ohio are excited to welcome you to our first virtual expungement clinic! We are creating a regularly occurring virtual clinic series, where attorneys and service providers will be available to assist you with a need you are experiencing. We want to provide you with the knowledge and advice to bring you one step closer to lived and legal equality!

• Our first virtual clinic is on October 28th from 6pm-8pm. 
• We will have a team of attorneys ready to answer your questions about record sealing, including 
  • How does the record sealing process work? 
  • Am I eligible to seal my criminal conviction? 
  • Why should I seal my conviction? 
  • How can I seal my criminal conviction in my county?

If you are interested in attending, please sign up no later than one week beforehand. To attend this event, we need you to fill out our intake form and send us a copy of the criminal records you want to discuss by Thursday October 21st at 5pm.

If we do not receive your documents by that time, the attorneys won’t be able to assist you this time but we will host more of these events in the future. If you miss this one, keep an eye out for the next one!
