Tchaikovsky – 1812 Overture

We will be going to the beautiful Ohio Theatre to hear the Columbus Symphony perform the works of four Russian composers. The musical journey through Russia starts with Prokofiev’s Lieutenant Kije. It continues with Poloutsian Dances by Borodin, followed by the Suite from the Golden Corral by Rimski-Korsakov. The concert ends with the rousing 1812 Overture by Tchaikovsky.

After the concert, we will have lunch at Union Café. $5.00 off each person’s tab.
