Qi Gong is coming in June!
Helen Yee, of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine, will offer FOUR sessions of Qi Gong on Wednesdays in June– the 9th, 16th, 23rdand 30th. The Trailblazers will have the opportunity to participate in this meditation and healing practice that has been part of traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. Benefits of Qi Gong include lowered stress and anxiety, increased focus and improved balance and flexibility.
Helen Yee is one of the Co-Founders of The American Institute of Alternative Medicine. She has been practicing tai chi, qi-gong, and other internal disciplines for over 40 years, learning the ancient practices from revered teachers all over this country and abroad in China, Tibet and Indonesia

The sessions on June 23rd and 30th will be at 2:30PM and IN PERSON at a shelter house in Whetstone Park. Please meet in the Parking lot at the entrance to the Park of Roses (3901 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214)
