Topic: Discussion of Nutrition and Health Needs As We Age
This month’s Lunch and Learn will be a discussion of nutrition and health with an emphasis on things that need to be considered as we age. Nutritionist Jared Klause from LifeCare Alliance will be leading the discussion. Nutrition and exercise are two important factors in maintaining a good quality of life, and this presentation will provide useful information about eating in a healthy manner.

The Lunch & Learn series provides varied and useful information for our 50+ crowd followed by lunch provided by LifeCare Alliance. Guest speakers are invited to each luncheon to discuss topics of interest. The meal is provided at no cost for age 60+ attendees and at a cost of $5 for everyone else.
