Topic: Millennials and Gen Z: Tips and Tools for Understanding Generational Identities

This presentation will provide a basic understanding of Millennials and Generation Z. Participants will learn what is important to these generations and how best to communicate with them. Tips and tools will be shared to go from a generational divide to bridging generations.

JNicole Nieto, PhD
Assistant Vice Provost of Outreach and Engagement at The Ohio State University

A member of Generation X, Nicole has spent much of her career working with Millennial and Gen Z students. She has her PhD in Women’, Gender and Sexuality Studies from Ohio State and also teaches classes in this department. Most recently she taught a course on Lesbian Authors.

The Lunch & Learn series provides varied and useful information for our 50+ crowd followed by lunch provided by LifeCare Alliance. Guest speakers are invited to each luncheon to discuss topics of interest. The meal is provided at no cost for age 60+ attendees and at a cost of $5 for everyone else.
