Apocalipstick Latinx presents a screening of A Shelter for Edith

Apocalipstick Latinx is so thrilled for having the honor to host the screening of A SHELTER FOR EDITH, a documentary by NoonDay Films, a 25-minute testimony about Edith Espinal who, due to facing a deportation order, had to live in Sanctuary during three long years at the Columbus Mennonite Church. Edith will be in attendance along with the film director and a panel of local leaders and activists. Feel free to share your thoughts and personal experiences in our brief Q&A followed immediately after the screening. This documentary was premiered at the NYC Latino Film Festival in September 2021.
