The innovative singer-songwriter-guitarist BeJae Fleming will perform at 7 pm, followed by book presentations at 8 pm.

Karen Graves, Professor of Education at Denison University, presents her important new book titled, “And They Were Wonderful Teachers: Florida’s Purge of Gay and Lesbian Teachers”, that explores a pivotal moment in the history of education when Florida legislators sought to rid the schools of lesbian and gay teachers. The book was recently named a 2010 AESA Critics’ Choice winner.
