Jiamei (JZ) Knox-Zhang is an Executive Director and Area Product Owner at JPMorgan Chase, where she focuses on building the infrastructure and centralized intelligence needed to protect customers from fraud. JZ has spent more than 13 years at Chase, holding roles across a variety of business areas and bringing a systems-level approach to complex organizational challenges.
In addition to her professional role, JZ is deeply engaged in advancing LGBTQ+ inclusion within the workplace. She serves as the Business Advisor for the Ohio chapter of Chase’s Pride Business Resource Group and as the Metrics Lead for the Be Counted LGBT+ Executive Council workstream. This work focuses on increasing voluntary self-identification among LGBTQ+ employees in order to better inform programs, resources, and support across JPMorgan Chase globally.
JZ holds an Honors degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University and is a “retired” Certified Public Accountant. She lives in Harrison West with her wife, Sara, and their three cats.
