Jiamei (JZ) Knox-Zhang (she/her/hers) is an Executive Director/Area Product Owner at JPMorgan Chase, focused on building the infrastructure and centralized intelligence needed to protect customers from fraud. JZ has been at Chase for 13 years, with roles across a variety of areas.
At Chase, JZ also serves as the Business Advisor for the Ohio chapter of the Pride Business Resource Group (BRG) and as the Metrics lead for the Be Counted LGBT+ Executive Council workstream, which focuses on increasing Self-ID among LGBTQ+ employees, in order to identify the necessary programs and resources for LGBTQ+ JPMC employees worldwide.
JZ has an Honors Accounting degree from the Ohio State University, is a “retired” CPA, and lives in Harrison West with her wife Sara and their three cats.
