Jen Bowden brings more than two decades of experience driving transformation and change within organizations and teams across the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as General Manager of SCANA Energy, one of Georgia’s largest and most trusted natural gas suppliers and a subsidiary of IGS Energy.
In addition to her role at SCANA, Jen leads marketing and social impact efforts for IGS Energy. She founded the company’s social impact team in 2014 and has since led enterprise-wide initiatives in philanthropy, innovation, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and brand and marketing transformation.
Prior to joining IGS Energy, Jen served as Vice President of Community Relations for the Columbus Blue Jackets. Earlier in her career, she worked in the nonprofit sector, leading fundraising and policy efforts for organizations focused on literacy, conservation, and hunger relief.
Jen is a founding board member of the Columbus chapter of Conscious Capitalism and has long been engaged in advancing equality and social justice. She has served as a volunteer and past chair of the HRC Columbus Gala and currently acts as the executive sponsor of IGS Energy’s PRIDE employee resource group.
Jen lives in Upper Arlington with her husband, Josh Flynn, and their daughters, Parker and Marin.
