Jeffrey Carter is a native of Columbus, Ohio and is a graduate of Mifflin High School in Northeast Columbus. He works for the City of Columbus as a Legislative Aide to Columbus City Council and holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources. Jeffrey’s background includes diversity & inclusion, training & development, program development, human resources, and over 15 years working with those living with development, behavioral, and physical disadvantages. Jeffrey is a certified foster parent and spends the majority of his time bonding with his family and friends.
