March Step Off @ 10:30 AM at Broad St. & High St.

Watch the FULL June 15th Pride march here:

(the procession will travel north on High St. toward Goodale Park)

Parade 1981

June 28, 1969 marked the beginning of the Stonewall Uprising, a series of events between police and LGBTQ+ protesters that stretched over six days. While the Stonewall Inn and Uprising became well known due to the media coverage and the subsequent annual Pride traditions, it was simply the fulcrum upon which years of LGBTQ+ activism shifted.

The first Pride march in Columbus, Ohio was held in June 1981. Only 200 people were in attendance, and some even wore bags over their heads to conceal their identities.

When we last gathered in person, in 2023, we were joined by over 22,000 marchers, representing a vast array of non-profits, activists, community organizations, corporate sponsors, small businesses, and political candidates!

Help us celebrate and recognize our 43rd PRIDE by joining us–OUR COMMUNITY MUST BE SEEN!

2024 MARCH PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION IS CLOSED! – WE’LL SEE YOU IN 2025!

No contingent? Just want to march with your friends or family and show your support? Community March registration WILL OPEN ON 2025!
