The class takes place over the course of 6 weeks. \nAdvanced participants who have received the go-ahead from Jeff should plan to arrive at 6:15pm. If Jeff has not discussed attending this early session\, please plan to arrive at 7:15pm. \nClass fees:\n\nIndividuals: $30 per person (+cc fees)\nor $20 for Stonewall members (+cc fees)\n\n\nCouples: $50 per couple (+cc fees)\nor $30 for Stonewall members (+cc fees)\n\n\nPayment is required prior to the first class.\n\nThere is a minimum of 4 couples or 8 singles for this class. If the minimum requirement is not met\, the class will be cancelled and class fees will be refunded. \nAbout the Class: Whether you are learning to dance for a special occasion or just want to have some fun on the dance floor\, come learn in an accepting and fun environment. Classes are open to everyone with or without a dance partner\, with all genders and gender pairings welcome. \nEach six-class session rotates between Block 1: Waltz\, Tango\, and Cha Cha & Block 2: Foxtrot\, Rumba\, and Swing. Beginner students will learn the basics of each dance and a few beginner steps. DESCRIPTION:This peer-support group is open to all women: transgender or cisgender\, Lesbian\, Bi\, Pan\, Ace\, Demi\, Queer\, and any woman still figuring things out (regardless of age) – ALL women are welcome! \nWe discuss and compare notes in a safe environment with a focus on: \n\nKnowing and accepting yourself\nMaintaining or gaining health during a time of significant change\nGetting to know the LGBTQ+ Community.\n\nAlthough the group is facilitated by a trained coordinator\, this group is a peer-directed community group created to provide mutual support and shared experience. This group is not intended as a mental health treatment. \nTo register Women’s Out Network\, please complete this PARTICIPANT FORM.  Questions? The class takes place over the course of 6 weeks. \nAdvanced participants who have received the go-ahead from Jeff should plan to arrive at 6:15pm. If Jeff has not discussed attending this early session\, please plan to arrive at 7:15pm. \nClass fees:\n\nIndividuals: $30 per person (+cc fees)\nor $20 for Stonewall members (+cc fees)\n\n\nCouples: $50 per couple (+cc fees)\nor $30 for Stonewall members (+cc fees)\n\n\nPayment is required prior to the first class.\n\nThere is a minimum of 4 couples or 8 singles for this class. If the minimum requirement is not met\, the class will be cancelled and class fees will be refunded. \nAbout the Class: Whether you are learning to dance for a special occasion or just want to have some fun on the dance floor\, come learn in an accepting and fun environment. Water provided (courtesy of Stonewall)\, but participants are welcome to bring their own if desired.\nMATS & PROPS – provided for participants (courtesy of Central Outreach & Stonewall)\, but participants are welcome to bring their own if desired.\nCLASS TIME – 1 HR yoga practice + approx. 30 MIN mindfulness discussion/community engagement/socializing\n\n\n Register Now\n\nCLASS DESCRIPTION\nQueer Yoga is a mindfulness-based program offered to the LGBTQ+ community that promotes holistic health & wellness for Queer folx. \nSafe & supportive allies of Queer Yoga participants\, are also welcome to attend in solidarity with their family and/or friends. \nEach class offering is beginner-friendly. Instructors make the class accessible for 1st-timers\, and offer alternative poses for more advanced practitioners. \nThe program features a variety of styles and approaches\, but mainly integrates Restorative Yoga\, Hatha Yoga\, and/or Vinyasa Yoga coupled with meditation & breathwork. \nQueer Yoga upholds a platform of diversity & inclusion within the yoga teacher rotation\, to honor the fact that representation matters for students. DESCRIPTION:Our next session starts October 8th thru Nov 19th — grab your dancing shoes & let’s boogie!\n\n\n\nPlease read through the details of the class thoroughly before completing your transaction. The class takes place over the course of 6 weeks. Please note there is NO CLASS on Oct 29th – Beggar’s Night. \nAdvanced participants who have received the go-ahead from Jeff should plan to arrive at 6:15pm. If Jeff has not discussed attending this early session\, please plan to arrive at 7:15pm. \nClass fees:\n\nIndividuals: $30 per person (+cc fees)\nor $20 for Stonewall members (+cc fees)\n\n\nCouples: $50 per couple (+cc fees)\nor $30 for Stonewall members (+cc fees)\n\n\nPayment is required prior to the first class.\n\nThere is a minimum of 4 couples or 8 singles for this class. If the minimum requirement is not met\, the class will be cancelled and class fees will be refunded. \nAbout the Class: Whether you are learning to dance for a special occasion or just want to have some fun on the dance floor\, come learn in an accepting and fun environment. Classes are open to everyone with or without a dance partner\, with all genders and gender pairings welcome. \nEach six-class session rotates between Block 1: Waltz\, Tango\, and Cha Cha & Block 2: Foxtrot\, Rumba\, and Swing. Beginner students will learn the basics of each dance and a few beginner steps. The more advance members of class will build on their prior knowledge of each dance with more advanced moves. \n Register!
