• Discuss Facebook and Instagram, how they’re different, and how to get started safely.
• Create or update a profile while protecting your privacy and personal information.
• Find friends, follow pages, and join supportive LGBTQ+ groups and organizations.
• Recognize fake or unsafe profiles, scams, ads, and AI-generated content.
• Adjust privacy and feed settings so you control what you see — and who sees you.
• Remove harmful or triggering posts, report unsafe behavior, and block when needed.
• Post and comment with confidence while staying kind, calm, and protected.
This Digital Education Series is tailored for adults over 55 who want to learn more about technology.
- No experience required—just bring your curiosity!
Attend in person at Stonewall Columbus – 1160 N. High St.
