DESCRIPTION:Queer Yoga at Pride: Breathe\, Stretch\, and Celebrate at a Free Community Event for First-Timers\, Seasoned Yogis\, and the Yoga-Curious!\nTake a peaceful Pride pause with Queer Yoga at Pride\, a welcoming outdoor yoga experience hosted by Stonewall Columbus in the Quiet Zone at Goodale Park. Sessions take place Friday\, June 19 at 4:30 pm and Saturday\, June 20 at 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm.\nThis free community event is open to all\, including beginners\, seasoned yogis\, and anyone whose current flexibility level is “I bent over once and made a noise.” Bring yourself\, bring a friend\, and settle into a gentle moment of movement\, breath\, and connection during the joyful energy of Pride. \nA little calm\, a little community\, and a whole lot of Pride.\nYoga equipment will be available while supplies last\, and guests are encouraged to RSVP through Eventbrite. Whether you are starting your Pride weekend\, taking a breather between festivities\, or simply looking for a grounding moment outdoors\, this is a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself and community. \nCome as you are.
