You’re carrying something heavy and you haven’t put it down in months. \nPut it down for one night. You’ve earned it. \nRainbow Riot is a Pride dance party for everyone who needs somewhere to put their joy\, grief\, rage\, hope\, exhaustion\, and love — all at once\, in the same room\, with people who get it without explanation. \nThree queer femme DJs will be spinning pop and feral house all night\, creating a dance floor built for your whole body. The night will also include a memorial altar for queer elders who couldn’t be here\, a listening zone\, a rainbow photobooth\, a community dream board\, and a mock protest march that starts on stage and takes over the building. \nThe first Pride was a riot. We haven’t forgotten — and neither should you. \n\nThe Dance Floor: Georg1a\, DJ Maneater\, and DJ Meowski will be spinning pop and house all night with queer femme energy\nMock Protest March: The march begins on stage during the transition set\, then moves through the building\nMemorial Altar: Bring a photo of your queer hero\, elder\, or someone you’ve lost to be included on the altar\nListening Zone: Put on the headphones and hear voices of queer people across 55 years of resistance\nRainbow Photobooth: Take home proof you were here and that we existed together on this night\nWhat Are You Building?
